Glen focuses on UK tax searches and workforce planning, especially within the professional services market. Prior to William Sterling Partners, Glen led a 40 Head-Count agency that he built through organic hires and sold his shareholding in this firm in September 2024.

As a founding Partner of William Sterling Partners, Oliver wanted to establish an agency that was well suited to support and advice the Tax community with the complexities of a dynamic Tax landscape.
Oliver has exclusively spent his career operating in the Tax Recruitment market, supporting individuals and teams from around the globe at all grades from Tax Specialist through to Partner/ Head of Tax, by progressing their careers through advising of strategic career moves.
Prior to William Sterling Partners, Oliver began his career by leading and developing a Tax Recruitment team across the UK, Europe and US within a boutique agency focused on the Professional Service space, before moving onto the most recognisable Tax Recruitment brand in the market, where Oliver led the Commerce and Industry team across the UK and Europe.
